Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in each client's statement of work.
All website content, branding, and creative assets are the property of ConnectLead Agency. Content produced for clients under service agreements becomes client property upon full payment.
ConnectLead Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
